Camp Mulberry Facilities

We; The Official Board of the Associated Brotherhood Of Christians, present the following information summary of our Campground facilities and respective property {Camp Mulberry} for your personal analysis and possible interest to purchase. In 1963, we purchased the property, which is located at 1206 Mill Creek Rd in Hot Springs, Arkansas, just 2 miles off Hwy 70, and north of Magic Springs Theme Park. The site contains a total of 12.35 acres, with approx 400’ frontage on Mill Creek Rd, and an average depth of approx 1100’.

Shortly after purchasing the property in 1963, we began construction on the first of seven buildings on the site, which was our Tabernacle / Sanctuary. During the next 12 years, we also constructed the Kitchen / Dining Hall, three Dormitories, and a Concessions building. In 2003, we constructed a 40x60 Multi-purpose building and Counselors Dorm, complete with four separate apartment rooms, bathroom and shower facilities. The property and buildings have been well maintained, with additional improvements including central a/c, city water, a security system, new attic insulation, an asphalt paved drive, a ball field, a concrete recreation pad, and chain link fencing.
